Action for Children Scotland – Hillcrest Residential Unit
Hillcrest supports looked after children & young people along with a short breaks service for children with additional support needs aged 0-18 years across the Western Isles who are unable to live in the community with their parents or carers. Provides assistance, advice and a safe supportive home. Based in Stornoway; young people are assessed and care plans agreed. A key worker provides support to access agencies
