School Health and Wellbeing Workers (Dundee)

Every secondary school in Dundee has a Health and Wellbeing worker that can provide mental health and wellbeing support.

They mainly provide confidential support to 1st and 2nd years who are struggling with anxiety, but can provide other support around how you’re feeling. They can offer 121 support or focused group work around worries and concerns.

Referrals are made through your Guidance teacher who will discuss your issue and then make a referral to the right worker for your school.
